Terms and Conditions
1. ORDERS - Orders will not be reserved or scheduled for digging and shipment until we receiva a signed copy of our Confirmation Order. Orders are subject to crop and weather conditions..
2. TERMS - Terms are Net 30 Days for customers wtih established credit records. Companies wishing to estalish credit with Quaker Meadows Nursery will need to complete a credit application and submit for review.
3. INTEREST - Past due accounts are subject to a service charge of 1.5% per Month (18% per annum).
4. FREIGHT - All freight is C.O.D. and must be paid at the time of delivery.
5. CLAIMS - Any damages to trees must be noted in writing on Freight Bill or Delivery Ticket when unloaded. There will be no adjustments made without calling Quaker Meadows Nursery BEFORE the driver leaves
